JOB DESCRIPTION

• Craft high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming café environment.
• Handle cash and POS systems accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Enthusiastic about coffee, tea, and service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Prior barista or café experience is a plus (but not required – we train!)
