JOB TITLE: BARISTA

WORKSITE: GLORIA JEAN’S COFFEES

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a friendly and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. A strong focus on teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude is essential. If you love coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

 

RESPONSILITIES

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers.
• Ensure high-quality standards for all drinks and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and utensils.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and handle cash or digital transactions.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

 

REQUIREMENT

• Qualification

Minimum 2-year experience as a Barista

               Able to communicate in fluent English and Dhivehi Language

               Able to write/type in proper English and Dhivehi Language
