MVR 5,000 - MVR 8,000
Salary is paid in USD 300 – 400 per Month - starting salary is based on experience.
Monthly Service Charge in the range of $100 - $500 [Depends on Sales]

Job Description

Job Skills Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Basic know-how of Point of Sales System
• Positive approach to customer service
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work well in a team
• Professionally groomed and is neat in appearance

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks
• Assist in preparing the buffet and setting up restaurant for mealtimes.
• Interact with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain bar & food/Drinks handling area clean and organized all times.
• Manage bar store, inventory & supply orders
• Manage Bar sales and POS system
• Collection of weekly / cruise wise sales and reconciliations
• Any other additional responsibility assigned by Superior from time to time.
