Job Description

Taking care of guest luggage on arrival and departure from the resort, tagging them, and ensuring it is delivered to the rooms in a timely manner. On guest departures, collect luggage at the allotted time and deliver it to the jetty for loading onto the boat after identification by the guest. Escorting in-house guests and visitors for site inspection, where needed. Cleaning and maintaining lobby and surrounding areas, jetty, and back office. Assisting with delivering messages and letters to guests and staff.
