Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and hospitality oriented person with a culinary diploma from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Experience in Maldives will be an added advantage.

The job requirements are:

• Able to create and execute menu, managing and training the kitchen support staff to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
