Job Description

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Boat Captain or Luxury Vessel Captain 
• Possess strong navigation skills, understanding charts, GPS systems, and other navigational tools 
• Ability to manage a busy operation, maintain composure, and exhibit positivity in challenging situations 
• Possession of a valid Captain License and Niyami Certification 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Physical fitness and agility to fulfill job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

• Stay updated on maritime regulations, licensing requirements, and any changes in legislation affecting boat operations. 
• Plan and chart the course of the vessel, taking into account weather conditions, navigational hazards, and optimal routes for a safe and enjoyable journey. 
• Safeguard the safety and comfort of both the vessel and its guests 
• Uphold the vessel's safety and cleanliness standards 
• Report any accidents, major or minor vessel damage, guest complaints, and safety concerns to the management promptly 
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the boat crew, ensuring that each member performs their duties efficiently and in accordance with established standards.
