Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Dhoni Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure safe navigation, and proper maintenance of the vessel while upholding the highest safety standards.   Key Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate the Dhoni safely
• Ensure full compliance with Maldivian maritime laws and safety regulations
• Conduct daily safety checks and routine maintenance of Dhoni and equipment
• Coordinate with operations teams for scheduling and route planning
• Maintain cleanliness and seaworthiness of the vessel at all times

Requirements

• Valid Maldivian Captain License
• Proven experience as a Dhoni Captain in a resort or marine operation
• Strong knowledge of local waters, weather conditions, and navigation routes
• Good communication skills; basic English preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and professionalism
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours
