Job Description

Join the team behind one of the Maldives’ most iconic safari experiences – Maldives Legend. We’re looking for a skilled and responsible Boat Captain to take the helm of our luxury safari vessel.   Position: Boat Captain   Vessel: Maldives Legend Fleet   Key Responsibilities: • Navigate and command the safari boat across atolls safely and efficiently • Ensure safety of all guests and crew on board • Oversee and manage the deck and engine crew • Coordinate closely with the operations team and dive team • Maintain compliance with all maritime laws and safety regulations • Perform regular inspections and ensure proper upkeep of navigational and safety equipment   Requirements:   • Valid License  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a safari or liveaboard captain • Strong knowledge of Maldivian waters, reefs, and atoll routes • Ability to lead and manage a team onboard • Strong communication and guest interaction skills • Fluency in Dhivehi and basic English   What We Offer: • Competitive salary + service charge based on experience • Comfortable onboard accommodation and meals • Paid leave and rotation schedule • Friendly working environment with a professional crew • Opportunity to work with one of the leading safari operators in the Maldives   ?
