Silver Sands is the leading company that provides dive, water sports and excursions in the Maldives, offering its services to 15 luxury resorts in the Maldives. We are seeking highly motivated, self-disciplined team members with a positive attitude to join our Team.  

 

BOAT CAPTAIN x5

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Boat Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, skilled in vessel operations, and committed to ensuring the safety of passengers and crew.

 

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

• Must possess a positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in both verbal and written English
• Valid inboard and outboard license required
• Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
• Capable of leading boat crews and assistant captains
• Ability to maintain all boats as per company standards
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• At least 1 year of resort experience required
•
