Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and supporting the execution of projects that drive operational and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Assist in process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, designers, and project managers.
• Create user stories, wireframes, and process flows to support product development.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role in Maldives.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a bonus.
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English & Dhivehi
