Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and competent candidate as Business Development Manager to manage long term growth of Clique College. The successful candidate will work with marketing team and other departments in a collaborative manner to boost business performance; obtain sponsorship; built a strong network with key stakeholders; obtain projects and corporate training opportunities; organize and deliver marketing campaigns; liaise with secondary and higher secondary schools for promotional activities; obtain business opportunities from corporate and government agencies.  

Required skills and qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree qualification in Marketing / Business Management/ or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in business development related activities
• Familiar with social media platforms
• Proficient in English language skills
• Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
• Proficient in public speaking and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Confident to appear on online platforms, TV, radio and other PR events to promote the college
• Commitment to punctuality and willingness to work for long term
