Business Development Executive
Work site: Head Office (Male’)
No. of Positions: 01
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field with minimum 2 years of 
experience.

Main Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to find new business opportunities and analyze trends.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
• Communicate to build relationships with stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Foster a collaborative environment to achieve strategic goals.

Knowledge & Skill Requirement
• Industry awareness and strong business acumen
• Ability to leverage market analysis/ research, translating to insights and strategies 
• Has strong analytical skills required for developing strategic business plans, marketing plans, KPI/matrices for 
measuring progress and success.
• Teamwork and collaborative mindset
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability 
 
Salary and Benefits
• Total Salary MVR 15,000 – 17,000
• Opportunities for training and development.
• Working Hours 8:00 – 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
