Job Description

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Administrative Tasks:

- Manage and coordinate various administrative duties related to the campaign, including scheduling and attending meetings, responding to emails, etc.

 

1. Regional Coordination:

   - Plan and oversee the execution of monthly regional clean-up events as per the guidance of the Secretariat of MATI.

   - Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, stakeholders and campaign partners

   - Ensure consistent quality and impact across all regional events

 

1. Volunteer Recruitment:

   - Co-ordinate volunteer recruitment together with Parley Maldives and management for each event

 

1. Media Engagement:

   - Represent the campaign at public events and in media interviews

 

1. Marketing and Communications:

   - Implement the marketing strategy developed by MATI to promote the campaign, under the guidance of the Secretariat of MATI.

   - Oversee the creation of promotional materials and social media content

   - Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaign communications

 

1. Logistics and Operations:

   - Coordinate logistics for each regional clean-up, including equipment, transportation, and waste disposal together with Parley Maldives
