Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and talented candidate who is willing to work in a dynamic environment as a cashier. The minimum requirement that an ideal candidate should possess and roles and responsibilities are:

Job Requirement

• Work experience as a cashier or in a similar role in retail sales
• Basic computer knowledge, good mathematics skills and familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS systems
• Strong communication (Both Dhivehi and English) and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Must have minimum GCE ‘O’ Level Standards

 

Job Task

 

• Manage transactions with customers using POS system
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Collect payments, Issue receipts, refunds, or change
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant and accurate information
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
