Job Description

• Be well presented.
• Provide relevant and convenient information based on the customer’s inquiries.
• Face customers with a smile and greet customers.
• Listen to a customer's problem and deal with it calmly and politely.
• Tally sales and prepare sales reports.
• Be accountable for anything stated in the sales report.
• Answer phone calls by greeting the customer and mentioning the company name.
• Prepare quotations for customers
• Give out refunds when necessary.
• Maintain good morale, working environment, and working ethic.
