Job Vacancy – Cashier

Location: Hulhumalé
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM & 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: MVR 8,000 – 10,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous cashiering experience and be comfortable assisting customers on the sales floor when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
• Process cash, card, and other payment transactions.
• Generate and maintain daily sales reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Support the sales team on the shop floor during busy periods or when staffing levels require additional assistance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or similar retail role.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using POS systems is required.
• Knowledge of Odoo POS will be a distinct advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.
