Job Description

We are currently seeking a Chief Officer for a luxury liveaboard operating in the picturesque Maldives. This position entails a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the vessel. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role as a boat captain or luxury Boat Captain 
• Ability to manage a busy operation 
• Possession of an updated Boat Captain License and Navy Certification 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the Boat Captain to coordinate daily activities of the vessel 
• Assume a leadership role in the absence of the Boat Captain 
• Attend to the well-being of the vessel and guests 
• Arrange the boat setup according to trip requirements and operating procedures 
• Ensure the vessel meets safety and cleanliness standards 
• Promptly report any accidents, major or minor vessel damage, guest complaints, and safety concerns to the management
