Job Description

Civil Engineer

Company: Jiaz Maldives Pvt Ltd

Jiaz Maldives Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Prepare material requirement lists based on approved drawings.
• Draft and send emails regarding material requirements and procurement.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings independently.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and site execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
