Job Description 

Responsibilities 

• Manage workers on site and monitor the construction work progress.
• Track progress of project and prepare progress reports accordingly.
• Observe and inspect work on a daily basis to ensure that quaility is maintained.
• Prepare and maintain all project related documents.
• Ensure that project is constructed as per the approved drawing.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other team members to ensure that works are completed as per schedule.
• Accompany clients during site inspections and take approvals. 

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc or BA in Civil Engineer or related field with minimum 2 years of experience as civil engineer.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to read and interpret on design drawings and specifications.
• Should be familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD
• Should be able to work flexible hours
• Able to manage an instruct construction team.
• Should be able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills.
