CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

• Prepare and process import and export EDI documentation according to rules and regulation of Maldives Customs Service.
• Classifying good according to HS tariff cording system.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders involved in clearance process.
• Schedule shipment clearance effectively.
• Communicate with customers and resolve any issue that may rise during clearance process.

• QUALIFICATIONS:
• • Diploma in relevance field with at least 2 years of overall experience in relevant or A’ Level with 3+ years’ work experience in relevant field.
• • Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• • Should be able to work long hours.
