Job Description

Clearance Officer (shipment clearance)

Checking the accuracy of necessary documents and forwarding for customs assessment.

Arranging the customs duty, freight charges, MPL charges and clearance charges by coordinating with finance.

Getting Delivery Order approval and noting containers at MPL site before the dead line.

Communicating shipment details with stores and logistics to plan and arrange the transportation and place for clearing material.

Notifying to clearance agent by passing relevant documents for clearance in advance.

Maintaining accurate record keeping is essential for compliance and audit purposes.
