Join our Accounts & Finance team!

We’re seeking a Collections Officer to manage outstanding debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Accounts Receivables
• Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person for overdue payments
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements
• Maintain accurate records and prepare collection reports
• Escalate high-risk accounts to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience in collections or accounts receivable
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & QuickBooks
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
