Job Description

Monitor client records on xpat system and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while conducting regular compliance audits and assessments. Identify potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate measures, prepare reports and maintain compliance records, provide guidance to staff on compliance-related matters, and liaise with regulatory authorities when required.

Persons with first-degree connections to employees of Maldives Immigration, Maldives Employment Tribunal, and Ministry accredited to the Department of Foriegn Labour are advised not to apply for this position.
