JOB OPPORTUNITY: CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS

MAPS College is seeking a full-time Controller of Examinations, to oversee the examination processes and procedures across the College and support the smooth running of the College’s administrative and academic functions.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Maintaining and updating all student examination records and management of student and exam-related documentation.
• Administration of all exam-related tasks, including online, face-to-face and computer-based examinations.
• Respond to and support students with examination-related queries.
• Liaise with the academic and administrative department to ensure smooth running of examinations, including control of exam papers, exam answer sheets and distribution of exam papers for marking.
• Support the overall functioning of the College's academic provision through additional tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process-related job roles. Experience or working in the education sector and of course coordination would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with IT systems and basic IT skills.

REMUNERATION:             MVR 13,000 – 15,000 (based on qualification and work experience)
