About the Role

As a Creative Assistant, you’ll support our Digital Marketer–Graphic Designer in crafting eye-catching visuals and managing social media campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in design, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and edit basic graphics, photos, and short videos.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and scheduling posts.
• Track engagement and prepare simple performance reports.
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Share creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
• Organize creative files and assist with marketing materials.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience (fresh graduates welcome!).
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
