Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) PLC, established in January 2004, is the only specialized housing finance institution in the Maldives. HDFC is a privatized company with International Shareholders represented by the International Finance Corporation (IFC of World Bank Group), Asian Development Bank, and HDFC Bank Ltd. of India, jointly holding 51% of shares.

Job Title: Creative Marketing Executive

Job Type: Contract (Full-Time)

Term of Contract: 12 months (Based on performance employee will be given a permanent contract)

 Job Description

Conceptualizing and creating visually compelling content and ensuring the brand’s message resonates with the target audience.

Creative Content Development

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that aligns with campaign goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Campaigns

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, integrating creative elements to enhance impact.

Social Media

• Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
• Optimize visuals for audience engagement and platform-specific requirements.

Brand Development

• Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand's identity to stay relevant and appealing to target audiences.
• Incorporate cultural and regional elements to create relatable and meaningful marketing materials.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creatives for content production.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in a similar industry.

Key Competencies

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Working Hours: The selected candidate will be required to work from 08:00 to 16:00 hrs from Sunday – Thursday.
