Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Passed O-levels
• Possesses excellent communication skills.
• Possesses aptitude and upward mobility
• Possesses a pleasant and friendly personality
• A self-starter with good time management, organizational and multitasking skills, who can prioritize and arrange workload to meet tight deadlines and resolve problems independently
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications,

 

Main Responsibilities

• Takes guest bookings for Spa services by voice or correspondence; processes bookings and issues confirmations to guests in an accurate and timely manner
• Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; Intuitively recommends and effectively upsells treatments, packages and retail items in a sensitive and personalized manner;
• Has a thorough understanding of all services including benefits, indications & contraindications for each of the treatments
• Maintains guest history records
• Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule
• Performs any additional duties as assigned
