Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers
• Taking orders and recording delivery details accurately
• Coordinating dispatch and delivery of orders
• Ensure that clients make payment for services
• Keep clear records of orders and payments
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Ensure signs and information are displayed 
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries
• Checking and maintaining stock
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

 

Location: Nani’s Momos, Alikileygafaanu Magu, Male’

Hours: 5 hours daily, 6 days weekly

Salary: MVR 5000 monthly with overtime
