Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Customers in relation to customer queries by using phone conversations and face to face discussions. Accepting and handling cash from products according to contract.
• Interact with customers in a positive and confident manner to achieve given objectives.
• Completion of sales and assigned tasks on day-to-day basis.
• Identify and asses the customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using right methods.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow up and update customers on requests and issues raised.
• Provisioning of services where required by the campaign.
• Work as a team player and foster team spirit among work colleagues.
• Provide assistance to other team members as and when required.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• GCE O' Level 3 passes OR MNQF level 3 certificate in a related field
• Previous Experience in a related field will be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken & writing Dhivehi & English.
• Adequate knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
