Universal is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with positive attitude to be part of our Emirates PSA/CSA as;

 

Job Title:              Customer Sales & Services Agent

 

No of Vacancy:   2 POSITION  

 

Department:        Emirates PSA/CSA                                

 

Qualifications:     Diploma in Ticketing and Reservations (should be fluent in spoken / writing English) Minimum 1 year experience in customer services. Good interpersonal skills with strong ability of a team player, attention to details, familiar with Microsoft Office and able to work long and odd hours.

 

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to Emirates customers
• Issuing Emirates tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met in order to provide them with excellent service.
• Support Travel Agents and all customers by assisting them with their general enquiries.
• Keep abreast of Emirates Group news and updates to ensure relevant professional and company standards are maintained.
• Ensure that all necessary ticket related documentation is filled, time tables updated, brochures, sale and promotional material is properly displayed providing various options to the customer which will assist in increasing sales.

 

Salary Package: USD 617.00 (Inclusive of all Allowances)
