Job Description

Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (Full Time)

Location: Male’ & Hulhumale’

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, take customer orders and provide recommendations and suggestions to customers for choosing drinks and snacks on the menu.
• Answering customer enquiries & passing accurate information about our menu items.
• Attending customer complains & making sure that the customer’s experience is a positive one.
• Responsible for cash, debit card and account transfer payments from customers.
• Count money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts tally with POS figures.
• Responsible for preparing cashier report and shift handover reports.
• Keep reports of transactions and prepare daily reports: bank transfer and delivery report.
• Ensuring that customers are served with a friendly and helpful manner.

 

Qualifications:

• GCE O’ Levels.
• Previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English & Dhivehi (both written and spoken).
• Friendly personality.
• Computer knowledge in MS office applications.
• Hands on experience in handling POS terminal will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work long hours.

 

Salary and Benefits range: MVR 8000 to 9000
