Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting customers with their purchases to maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and fashion advice.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
• Assist in restocking and inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with care and efficiency.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and store culture.

Skills required: 

• Ambitious and motivated with a passion for an active, sports-oriented lifestyle.
• Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
