Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
VACANCY: 01 FULLTIME

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in stationery purchase and print service,
• Maintain and restock displays and racks.
• Handle billing and payments as per process
• Ensure shop and display cleanliness.

Qualification & Requirements

• Completion of O level / A level.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Familiar with MS Office package and Gmail.
• Presentable, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.

Take home Salary: MVR 7000.00 – MVR 8000.00

Working Hours:  

Morning Shift: Sat-Thurs 08:30-17:00.

Afternoon Shift: Sat-Thurs 14:00-22:30.

Friday duty on every other week. / 1 hr. break/prayer

Worksite:  M7 Book Store Hiya, Phase 2, H2, Hulhumale’, Maldives
