Job Description

We are looking for young motivated aspirants to join our Medical Takaful Operations Team. The right candidate will fetch the opportunity to associate with our medical team and will be responsible for providing support and services to our customers. Attend to customers inquiries and provide information about the medical products.

 

Responsibilities

• Attending all incoming calls.
• Handling customer calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
