Job Description

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Selected candidates will join our operations team and are required to perform the operational task and will be responsible for providing support and services to our customers. Attend to customers inquiries and provide information about the products and services and issue takaful certificates. We are looking for candidates that have a diverse skill set of active listening, empathy, problem-solving and communication.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a good experience. Liaise and provide support for the Underwriting requirements.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• O Level / A Level
• Pleasant personality
