INNOX TRADE & TRAVEL PVT LTD - Bussiness Partner Of OOREDOO

We are looking for suitable candidate to take up the following positions in our Ooredoo outlet  at Hulhumale' : -                                

Post : Customer Service Representative

Work Place : Hulhumale'

Qualification:GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Standard,

* Computer Knowledge, including office packages and Quickbooks software will be an added advantage
* Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
* Confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner
* Exposure in a related field is a plus* Passionate to deal with customers
* Confident to deal with customers face to face and over the phone
*  Ability to coordinate with other members of the team
* Should be punctual

01 year experience in related field will be an added advantage

Basic Salary: Between MVR 6,000 - MVR 10,000

Working Hours: 08:30 -15:30 OR 15:00 - 22:00
