Job Description

• Make outbound calls (survey, retention, and marketing) as per given guidelines
• Interact with customers in a positive and confident manner to achieve given objective
• Log customer interaction data for reporting purpose
• Follow up and update customers on requested and issues raised by customers
• Provisioning of services where required by the campaign
• Case by case provisioning of services for customer requests made during outbound interactions
