Job Description

We’re in need of a Customer Support Executive to come and help us attend to our increasing customer-base! if you feel like you fit the below requirements.

Requirements:

• Completion of high school.
• Knowledge in administrative and clerical procedures.
• Ability to use computers and learn relevant software applications.
• Well-versed in customer service principles and practices.
• Fluent in English verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Information management, organizing and planning.
• Reliable, initiative and ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
• Comfortable working with a team and interacting with members from the public.
• Willing to work long hours and in shift duties.
