? Salary: MVR 10,000 (Including allowances)
? Work Days: Saturday to Thursday

 

About the Role:

Barudhan Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling phone calls, emails, and messages, recording their needs, and coordinating order and fulfillment processes with our internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Record customer needs and service requests accurately
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and fulfillment
  • Follow up on customer orders, complaints, or issues
  • Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions
  • Provide administrative and general support as required

 

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Dhivehi
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polite and helpful attitude
  • Proficiency in basic computer tasks (email, data entry, etc.)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage
