Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance, providing exemplary service.
• Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and engage in live chat interactions promptly and courteously.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• O' Level / A' Level or equivalent qualification in any related discipline.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Dhivehi to facilitate effective communication with customers.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and appearance.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, demonstrating a strong desire to achieve results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to effectively manage customer interactions and documentation.
