Job Description

Clique College is seeking an energetic and forward thinking academic to apply for the post
of Dean at Clique College for immediate employment.
The successful candidate will take executive management of the college, broadly on;
• Academic leadership
• Policy planning & administration
• Learning & teaching delivery
• Managing curricular activities
• Manage academic staff
Requirements:
• Masters Degree in Education/Management or a relevant field
• Have sound knowledge/experience of academic administration
• Strong leadership and personal drive
• Ability to delegate and monitor work of subordinates
• Ability to take a leading role in representing the college
• Availability during operational hours of the college
• Remuneration: MVR 27,000
