Job Description

We are looking for a qualified maldivian to lead the Faculty of Business Management as the "Dean"

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Faculty of Business Management, overseeing academic programs and staff

• Ensure quality delivery of all courses and compliance with institutional and national standards

• Support curriculum development, review, and academic innovation

• Provide mentorship to lecturers and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Strengthen partnerships with industry and other institutions

• Contribute to strategic planning and institutional development

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field

• Prior experience in academic or leadership roles (lecturing or admin)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities

• Knowledge of the Maldivian higher education sector is an added advantage
