MAPS College seeks a full-time Dean of Students specializing in business-related subjects (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Tourism, Project Management). This role encompasses lecturing and managerial duties, prioritizing student engagement and support.

Qualification:    Master’s degree in a related field

Experience:        Minimum 5 years of work experience in higher education, including at least 2 years of lecturing in a relevant field.

Requirements:

• Assist Vice Rector in planning and administering the teaching-learning Process of the College;
• Actively engage with online and in-person students, fostering a student-centric learning environment;
• Proficiency in business-related subject to deliver engaging higher education sessions.

 Remuneration:    MVR 23,000 - 25,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
