Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Rider (Foreigner) to join our logistics team. The rider will be responsible for completing daily deliveries, pickups, and ensuring that packages are handled safely and delivered on time. This role is customer-facing and requires professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders accurately and on schedule.

• Collect items from the office or pickup points for delivery.

• Assist with customer collections and returns when required.

• Handle cash on delivery (if applicable) and return payments securely.

• Maintain delivery records and update status through mobile/WhatsApp.

• Report delays, delivery issues, or customer concerns to the Operations Manager.

• Keep the assigned bike/vehicle in good condition and follow traffic rules.

• Update logs.

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle license in the Maldives (mandatory).

• Previous delivery/courier experience is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Malé / Hulhumalé roads and areas.

• Ability to use a smartphone for maps and order updates.

• Basic English communication (Dhivehi/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).

• Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.

• Van/light vehicle license will be considered an advantage.
