Deputy Manager – Shariah Compliance / 9 Months Contract

Location: Hulhumale’

Job Scope

To facilitate and support Shariáh Unit towards achieving the assigned targets of the Bank.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in related field with Minimum 04 years of work experience with 2 years of work experience in a Managerial Position or similar capacity OR,
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 5 years of work experience with 2 years of work experience in a Managerial Position or similar capacity
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver results.
• High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
• Strong team player, self-starter, must be flexible and able to quickly adapt to change.
• Capacity to work with minimum supervision while performing duties.
• Leadership skills with ability to Lead, Monitor and Manage staffs.
