Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Planning

• Developing Schemes of Work based on the syllabus
• Planning and preparing lessons according to the monthly plan
• Identifying educational needs of each child, based on past performance and periodic evaluations

 

Teaching

• Delivery of lessons with appropriate strategies to ensure that the learning needs of each individual learner are met
• Strengthening educational goals for each child through methodology, interventions and remediation

 

Class Responsibilities

• Marking student attendance within one hour of the session start time
• Receiving students at the beginning of the session
• Be with the students during interval and lunch period
