Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dive Leader to join our team on liveaboard. As a Dive Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and enjoyable diving experiences all parts of Maldives for our clients. You will lead dive excursions, assist with training programs, and maintain equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise dive trips, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
• Conduct pre-dive briefings and post-dive debriefings.
• Assist in training and certifying new divers.
• Perform equipment checks and maintenance.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust dive plans accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Educate divers about marine life and environmental conservation.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dive Leader/Instructor (PADI Divemaster or equivalent)
• 05 years of experience leading dives in Maldives.
• Strong knowledge of diving safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English Language
• Additional Language is an added bonus
• Navigation/ Seafaring skills is an added bonus
