Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Check all equipment is in working order and notify Engineering team of any shortcomings
2. Regularly check services/Channels for any reception problems and inform accordingly
3. Regularly check if encryption is applied to all services
4. Record the picture and sound quality of channels and notify the senior program controller of any shortcomings
5. Be familiar with what type of program and content should and should not be censored.
6. Ensure that program and content are censored as indicated in the rules and regulations of our operations. In addition, contact supervisor in case of doubt on whether a program should censor or not.
7. Provide information on upcoming highlight program to Marketing departments if required.
8. Monitoring and health of core networks
9. Monitoring reception of satellite uplinks and downlinks
