Job Description

Qualification

• Diploma in Accounting/ Partial Completion of CIMA/ ACCA OR A’Level qualification
• Work in Experience in a related field (accounting function of a company)
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with Accounting Software and ERPs, particularly Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task and work for long hours

Job Function

• Maintain accounting processes, including ensuring accurate input and reliable storage of key data
• Maintenance of Accounts Receivables and Payables
• Inventory Management, including the security and valuation of inventory items, monitoring goods movements, maintaining necessary inventory levels
• Maintenance of General Leger Accounts
• Generation of Management Accounts
• Coordinate with Auditors in getting the annual audits done
• Tax computation and filling
• Management of all Banking transactions, and bank reconciliation
