JOB OPPORTUNITY

ENGINEER - QUALITY ASSURANCE

We are seeking an Engineer - Quality Assurance to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of materials and services provided to our clients. This position involves overseeing the quality of work performed at the Silver Sands Boatyard at Thilafushi, planning and scheduling, collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing routine reports.

REQUIREMENTS
    Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Marine or equivalent
    Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences in shipbuilding projects / dry docking as Quality Assurance / Quality Control inspector
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality

COMPENSATION
    Compensation package includes basic salary, food & phone allowance and other benefits as per the company policy.
